SPINKO is a Polish company with over 75 years of industrial heritage. The company operates in the market for aluminium high-pressure die castings used, among others, in the automotive sector, street and industrial lighting, as well as in window and door hardware. It has strong competencies in mechanical machining.
In early 2025, PGO S.A. acquired a majority stake in SPINKO — a Polish company that supplies innovative solutions based on castings and forgings for sectors such as rail transport, energy and RES (renewable energy sources), defence, machinery and equipment, agricultural machinery, and automotive/heavy truck.
The PGO Group currently has five production plants located in Gorlice, Śrem, Piotrków Trybunalski, as well as Leszno and Zielona Góra. For many years, PGO has successfully operated in international markets — 60 per cent of sales are exports to countries such as Germany, France, Sweden, Italy and the Netherlands. TDJ S.A. is the sole shareholder of PGO S.A., with a portfolio of over 20 companies across a dozen or so industries.
