HPDC foundry

High-precision, repeatable aluminium castings — even for complex geometries — streamline assembly and reduce the risk of production defects. Stable quality enables faster time-to-market, while less scrap and rework translate into higher efficiency. Our in-house tool shop ensures rapid response to customer needs and full control over the production process.

Procedures

CNC machining

Components after full CNC machining are ready for use in subsequent production steps. A shorter supply chain, fewer subcontractors and less inter-plant transport mean lower logistics costs, full part repeatability and reduced CO₂ emissions.

    • Production capacity

    • 80 CNC machining machines

    • Equipment

    • Single-/dual-spindle CNC milling machines
      Horizontal turning
      Vertical turning
      5-axis mill-turn centres

    • Final machining

    • Machining
      Surface finishing
      Shot blasting

Assembly

Subassemblies assembled and tested in one place eliminate the need to source components from multiple suppliers. A streamlined logistics chain, shorter lead times and a smaller carbon footprint go hand in hand with reliability — every subassembly is ready to perform from day one.
