An experienced manager in the heavy industry sector, operating across multiple areas of the economy. He completed his master’s studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Technology at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and Postgraduate Managerial Studies at WSB in Poznań. He is a graduate of the “The Strategic Leadership Academy” programme at the ICAN Institute.

His extensive professional experience gained in engineering, managerial and executive roles enables him to successfully manage the PGO Group, which has over 1,500 employees.

He began his professional career at Timken Polska Sp. z o.o., where he delivered projects and managed teams in the areas of Lean management, Six Sigma, quality and production. In 2012, he started cooperating with the TDJ Group, taking the position of Production Director at Kuźnia “Glinik” Sp. z o.o. In the following years, he served as Vice President of Kuźnia “Glinik” Sp. z o.o. and as President of the Management Board of Odlewnia Żeliwa “ŚREM” S.A.

In 2017, he became President of the Management Board of PGO Group S.A., becoming one of the youngest presidents of capital companies in the country. Since February 2025, he has also served as President of the Management Board at Spinko Sp. z o.o. and Spinko Moto Sp. z o.o.

A graduate in Business Studies from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National-Louis University in Nowy Sącz, where she gained expertise in management and the development of industrial organisations.

From the outset of her career, she has built and developed sales teams in the foundry industry. Since 2013, she has been associated with the PGO Group — one of the largest manufacturers in Poland and Europe of castings and forgings for the heavy industry, automotive, machinery and energy sectors. She currently serves as Vice President for Sales at SPINKO. She is responsible for the sales strategy for aluminium castings, the development of relationships with key industrial partners across Europe, and the implementation of modern solutions.

Waldemar Gabruś is a manager with many years of experience in financial management, controlling, and organizational transformations within capital groups and companies operating internationally. He served as CFO of Black Red White SA, where he was responsible for the restructuring plan and supported the development of a modern organizational culture. Previously, from 2018 to 2025, he was associated with the Norwegian Flokk Group, serving as CFO and then Managing Director at Flokk Polska, as well as a member of the board at Flokk Česko. He was responsible, among other things, for integration within the group, process optimization, risk management, and financial results. He also worked for companies such as ANWIL and the Orlen Group.

He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, majoring in Management and Marketing, and has completed postgraduate studies in accounting and corporate finance at the Kozminski University and in IFRS at the University of Łódź.

Since November 2025, he has served as Vice President of the Management Board of PGO S.A.
